Start with seating and space. Decide how many people each table should seat, then leave circulation room around every side of the table in your layout.

• Surface. Surface-mount tables need a level, hard pad. Check the pad size against the table footprint, including bench overhang.
• Confirm with the supplier. Table length, seat count, top and seat material, frame finish, weight, and anchoring options.
• Freight. Tables are heavy and bulky. Confirm whether delivery needs a liftgate and who unloads.
• Accessible seating. If you need wheelchair-accessible positions, say so when you request a quote so the supplier can confirm a suitable configuration.
