Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to business, school, park and residential addresses in the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, request a quote.
How items ship
Most site furnishings ship by freight truck (LTL) directly from the manufacturer. Small items may ship by parcel carrier.
Freight cost
Freight is shown at checkout or in your written quote. It depends on weight, quantity, delivery ZIP code and services such as liftgate delivery, residential delivery or a delivery appointment.
Lead time
Lead times depend on the manufacturer, the product and the finish. Made-to-order and custom items take longer than stock items. We confirm the lead time for your items before or right after you order. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delivery
- Freight is delivered curbside or to a dock. Moving items to their final location and installing them is the buyer's responsibility.
- The carrier usually calls to schedule delivery. Make sure someone can receive the shipment.
- If there is no loading dock or forklift, ask for liftgate service before you order.
- Count and inspect everything before signing, and note any damage on the delivery receipt. See our Freight delivery guide.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery fails because nobody is on site, the address is wrong or access is blocked, the carrier may charge redelivery or storage fees, which are paid by the buyer.
