Sales tax exemption
Schools, municipalities, parks departments, qualifying nonprofits and resale customers may be exempt from sales tax on eligible purchases. Exemption rules are set by the state where the product is delivered.
How to order tax-exempt
- Tell us you are tax-exempt in your quote request or order notes.
- Email a copy of your state exemption or resale certificate to [email protected] before the order ships.
- We review the certificate and remove tax from the order when it is valid for the delivery state.
Good to know
- The certificate must match the buying organization and the delivery state.
- Purchase orders from public entities are welcome. Payment terms are stated on the quote.
- If a certificate is missing or not accepted, tax may be charged or invoiced later.
- Please send certificates by email, not through the contact form, and do not include card numbers.
