Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.fieldsteadcommercial.com and to quotes and orders with KR Commerce Group LLC, doing business as Fieldstead Commercial ("Fieldstead Commercial," "we," "us"). By using the site, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we sell to
We sell commercial site furnishings for properties, schools, parks, public agencies and contractors. If you order for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to buy on its behalf.
2. Product information
Specifications, dimensions, materials and finishes come from the manufacturer and can change. Photos are for illustration, and colors may look different on screen. You are responsible for checking that a product suits your site, local codes, accessibility needs and installation conditions. Products marked as concepts or demo configurations are shown for illustration and are not offered for sale.
3. Prices and quotes
- Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax unless stated.
- Freight is shown at checkout or in your written quote.
- A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Prices, freight and availability can change until we accept your order.
- If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.
4. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or when we ship it. Online orders are paid at checkout. Orders by quote or purchase order are paid on the terms stated in the quote. We may refuse or cancel an order for pricing errors, availability, suspected fraud or if we cannot deliver to the address.
5. Sales tax and exemptions
We charge sales tax where the law requires it. Exempt buyers must send a valid exemption or resale certificate for the delivery state before the order ships. If a certificate is missing or not accepted, the buyer pays the tax due. See Sales tax exemption.
6. Shipping and delivery
Most items ship by freight directly from the manufacturer. Lead times and delivery dates are estimates. You must give a correct address, a site contact and access details, and inspect the shipment when it arrives. Details are in our Shipping policy and Freight delivery guide.
7. Returns, cancellations and damage
See our Return and refund policy. Custom, made-to-order and special-order items usually cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts.
8. Installation
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you or your contractor are responsible for site preparation, installation, anchoring and maintenance, following the manufacturer's instructions.
9. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which we share with your quote or order. We do not add our own warranty. To the extent the law allows, all other warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or project delays. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the products involved.
11. Use of the website
Content on this site belongs to us or our suppliers. Do not copy it for commercial use, misuse the site or try to disrupt it. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
