Freight delivery guide
Furnishings arrive on freight trucks, so a few steps at delivery protect you if something is wrong.
Before delivery
- Confirm the site address and a contact who can take the call
- Clear a safe unloading area
At delivery
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading
- Inspect each package for damage
- Note any damage on the driver's receipt before signing
- Take photos of the packaging and the damage
After delivery
Contact us right away so we can start a claim with the carrier or manufacturer.
