Written supplier authorization

Every product is listed only with written authorization from its manufacturer or distributor. Names, photos and documents are used only as permitted.

Verified specifications

Dimensions, materials, finishes and mounting options come from supplier documents. We do not publish performance, safety or compliance claims without a source we can show.

Clear pricing and lead time

Pricing, lead time and freight are confirmed in writing. Quotes state what is included and what is not.

Freight and receiving support

We ask about site access, receiving and unloading early, so deliveries are planned before they ship. See the Freight delivery guide.

Warranty and returns

Warranty terms follow the manufacturer and are shared before purchase. Return and cancellation terms are described on the Returns and cancellations page.

If a detail is not confirmed, we say so. No invented reviews, ratings or certifications.
